Awhile back I planned to upload images on a regular basis but that didn\u2019t happen\u2014so\u2014I\u2019m trying again!

I recently had an operation\u2014it was a big thing and it wasn\u2019t a big thing. Thanks to laparoscopic surgery I\u2019m up and about quickly and all seems well. I had had to decide whether to have the operation or not and it turns out that if I hadn\u2019t I would shortly have needed emergency surgery. The whole thing has had me thinking about time\u2014how one spends it\u2014how it seems to pass more and more quickly\u2014and how easy it is to waste it.
